Submit or Check the Status of a FOIA or Privacy Act Request Online
To use this portal to submit a FOIA or Privacy Act request, you register to create an online account or sign into your existing account. As you navigate the request submission steps please follow all prompts, look for red system warnings, and make sure that all required fields are completed.
Once signed in, you can check the status of a request, send a message to the assigned FOIA specialist, and retrieve records delivered electronically.
